Job summary

STERIS is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager in Auckland, New Zealand to drive sales of the Sterile Processing portfolio. You will report to the National Sales Manager and oversee Novo Zealand-wide sales activities, planning, implementing, and executing programs to achieve forecasted growth.

You will direct field sales, cultivate new accounts, and maximize revenue from existing customers through education, demonstrations, consultation, and strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical capital equipment sales in New Zealand.
• Experience managing complex healthcare procurement cycles.
• Strong relationship building across multiple stakeholders in public and private healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field sales across Auckland and surrounding regions.
• Develop new accounts and expand presence where STERIS is not established.
• Grow revenue by supporting customers with education, demonstrations and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Develop Territory Business Plan with National Sales Manager.
