Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer in Auckland to support the production and supply of materials for our projects and communities.

This hands-on role is site-based, based at 4 Reliable Way, Penrose, with work across Auckland locations, 40 hours per week, 6am–6pm, with a salary band of NZD 90,000 to NZD 100,000 per year. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to lift performance, resolve issues, and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline is essential.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial engineering environment.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and process improvement initiatives to lift efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Analyse plant and operational performance data, identify issues, and implement practical engineering solutions.
• Work closely with site teams across Auckland to troubleshoot production problems and support continuous improvement activities.
• Support safe systems of work and ensure engineering activities meet operational, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to planning, reporting, and delivery of engineering projects and technical improvements.
