Job summary

Qube Careers in Auckland is seeking a fleet administration coordinator to support Nexus 3PL and Qube Auckland Transport. You will maintain fleet records, coordinate servicing, permits and driver training, and ensure compliance with NZTA requirements.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in fleet administration, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. This on-site position offers growth within a major transport group and exposure to a broad range of systems and

Qualifications

Experience in transport, fleet or heavy-vehicle administration (approximately three years preferred).
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of NZ vehicle compliance, CoF, RUC, NZTA permits and CVST requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities; Class 5 licence advantageous, not essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain Auckland/3PL fleet registers, including vehicles, locations and status.
Book servicing, inspections and repairs with approved providers to minimise downtime.
Coordinate vehicle permits, registrations and compliance records with NZTA and CVST.
Support driver training, toolbox talks and onboarding of drivers and owner-operators.
Reconcile run sheets, hours and costs; assist with reporting and data quality.
Escalate non-compliance issues and manage documentation for audits.
Provide practical admin support while local managers retain driver supervision and live despatch.
