Job summary

Qube Ports NZ is seeking a hands-on operations leader to drive the performance of our Auckland operation, develop our people and support business growth. Reporting to the GM North Island Operations, you’ll own the day-to-day running of our Auckland Port operations.

You’ll set the standard for safety and service, get the best from your team, and be the person customers and stakeholders rely on to deliver. You’ll be: leading port operations, health and safety, developing your team, driving

Qualifications

• 3+ years' management experience in an operational setting.
• Port, logistics or supply chain experience is a strong advantage.
• People-oriented leadership style that earns trust on the ground.
• Confidence handling competing priorities in a fast-moving, 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The role
