Job summary

Big Chill Distribution is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Administrator for our Auckland team, based at Highbrook. You will handle inbound/outbound admin and maintain WMS data to support SLA commitments.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a focus on customer service and accuracy across warehousing processes. Pre-employment checks are required and a positive team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
• Ability to manage inbound/outbound admin tasks to SLA.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and criminal/ACC checks.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound administration for the 3PL warehouse.
• Maintain customer receipts, orders and enquiries and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate admin tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in onboarding new customers.
• Maintain accuracy and upload of WMS data.
• Follow-up on E-Certs.
