ATR04158- Customer Service Representative- Auckland

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our operation in Auckland Collection on a full time and permanent basis. This role will see you become the voice of our branch and first point of contact for all Enviro NZ customers in the region. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the key to this role is to uphold an efficient, reliable, and professional manner at all times.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Taking inbound calls and emails, allocating and dispatching jobs, coordinating with drivers, processing runs and handling and/or escalating complaints.
• Ensuring our customers get a friendly, prompt and efficient service and collections are carried out as planned.
• Assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Branch and Customer Service & Office Administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the sales team in supporting customer retention and driving new opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Proven experience in a similar role as a dynamic customer service professional with extensive experience in verbal and written interactions.
• Professional and positive telephone manner.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Adaptability and flexibility when operating in changing market conditions.
• Basic understanding of accounting.
• Experience in administrative tasks and office support would be advantageous.
• Background in sales environments, driving customer engagement and satisfaction will be an advantage.
