Job summary

ACC is seeking an Atlassian Platform Lead to steer strategy, governance and ongoing improvement of its Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Analytics. You will champion platform adoption, support hybrid delivery models, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that keep Kiwis safe at work and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience administering and configuring Atlassian products in a large enterprise.
• Extensive Jira configuration knowledge: workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, custom fields, marketplace apps.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Access, Atlassian Analytics).
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models with scalable platform solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management across business and technology teams.
• Clear communication translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and platform adoption.
• Demonstrated understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in organisational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, governance and administration of ACC's Atlassian platform.
• _drive evolution of Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics and related capabilities to deliver value across teams.
• Support Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies with scalable platform solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
