Stryker Corporation is hiring an Associate Kit Assembler to support the end-to-end flow of surgical kits and medical devices. You will coordinate intra-hospital and cross-border movements, ensuring accurate preparation and timely dispatch to support life-changing surgeries.

You will work with hospital stakeholders, perform quality checks, and adapt to changing surgical demand while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand to ensure hospitals have what they need, when they need it
• Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices from dispatch through to return and reprocessing
• Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy, avoiding errors that can impact patient procedures
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders
• Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines
• Solve problems on the fly — prioritising, adjusting, and responding to last-minute changes in surgical demand

What You’ll Do

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
