Job summary

Stryker Corporation is hiring an Associate Kit Assembler to support the end-to-end flow of surgical kits and medical devices. You will coordinate intra-hospital and cross-border movements, ensuring accurate preparation and timely dispatch to support life-changing surgeries.

You will work with hospital stakeholders, perform quality checks, and adapt to changing surgical demand while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand to ensure hospitals have what they need, when they need it
• Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices from dispatch through to return and reprocessing
• Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy, avoiding errors that can impact patient procedures
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders
• Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines
• Solve problems on the fly — prioritising, adjusting, and responding to last-minute changes in surgical demand
