Job summary

Timezone Sylvia Park is opening a BRAND NEW venue in Auckland. We are seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead the team, shape guest experiences, and drive the venue's success with strong business acumen and a passion for FUN and service.

You will guide a dynamic team, build relationships with corporate and social bookings, and uphold our values of FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER. A First Aid certificate is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain
• A hands on & effective manager with experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
• A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
• Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
• An astute operator with strong skills in the effective financial management of a venue
• Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone you serve leaves smiling

What is the role?

As the Venue Manager for our BRAND NEW Timezone Sylvia Park venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day! You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
