Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at the 220 Queen Street location in Auckland. You will support daily store operations and coach partners to deliver exceptional customer moments.

You’ll step up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence, maintaining a clean, safe store and upholding our mission, values, and customer-first approach. Growth into a Store Manager role is encouraged and supported.
