Michael Hill in Mount Maunganui is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Bayfair store's leadership, performance and customer connection. This role is ideal for someone with a background in retail, sales, hospitality or events and a passion for motivating others while meeting targets.

Commence asap with growth opportunities into management, supported by the 6-week Stepping Stones program, fortnightly mentorship with the Regional Manager and ASM development groups.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Leadership-driven with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Customer-obsessed with the ability to connect with customers during milestone moments.
• Team-focused with energy, positivity and collaboration.
