Job summary

Pandora in Queenstown is seeking an organised, pro-active Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in delivering world-class service and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-performing environment.

You will be trained in Pandora’s hand-crafted luxury products and encouraged to develop the team, nurture talent, and uphold the brand’s values of dreaming, daring, caring and delivering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
• Strong communication skills to coach a high performing team.
• Experience leading a team and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain a positive attitude.
• Well-presented with a passion for Pandora product and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while upholding Pandora customer service standards.
• Handle retail operations: stock control, store procedures, and organizing teams to optimise sales.
• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and maintain trading stability.
• Maintain strong floor presence and influence the sales space to drive performance.
• Undergo thorough product training to become a Pandora product expert and develop the team.
