Job summary

Bendon Limited in Palmerston North is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the 32-hour-per-week role, Tuesday to Saturday. You will lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding bra-fitting customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory/assistant management experience.
• Ability to coach a team and deliver great customer service.
• Bra fitting knowledge or willingness to get BRA-FIT certified.

Responsibilities

• Act as second-in-charge and run store on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Coach and support the team to perform at their best.
• Assist customers with bra fittings and offer confident, personalised service.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, loss prevention and KPIs.
• Provide a warm, welcoming customer experience.
