Bendon Lingerie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wellington. The role supports the Store Manager across daily operations and leads the team during RDOs, drawing on retail and apparel experience to train staff and drive excellent customer fittings.

You will become BRA-FIT certified, embrace the Bendon approach, and guide customers through a personalised fitting process while excelling in merchandising, stock control and KPI attainment.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager on day-to-day operations and manage the team during the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Leverage retail and apparel experience to train and coach the team daily.
• Undertake BRA-FIT certification to enhance customer experience.
• Learn the Bendon approach and guide customers through fittings with confidence.
• Drive merchandising, loss prevention, stock processing and KPI achievement.

Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Tawa store!

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity (35 Hours per week). Sunday to Thursday: 9:45 am - 5:15 pm

Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as managing the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.

Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily

Becoming BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience

Learning the Bendon approach, interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting

Excelling in achieving operational functions through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
