Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, ability to lead people, systems and improvement.
• Strengths may include curriculum and pedagogy, pastoral and behaviour leadership, strategic planning, data and evaluation, staff development, literacy and numeracy, cultural responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support key portfolios aligned with our strategic priorities: Connect, Achieve, Celebrate.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to drive teaching, learning and achievement for all ākonga.
• Negotiate specific duties and portfolios based on strengths and kura needs.
• Contribute to culture and strategic direction of the kura.
