The is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Office Agents and, in doing so, ensures a great working culture and client satisfaction of the highest level. Additionally:
The successful candidate must be passionate, well presented, possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and most importantly, will go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a true luxury experience for our guests.

This is a full-time, permanent waged position, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of up to 55 hours during our peak season, rostered over 5 days.
