Job summary

BNT Tauriko in Tauriko, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced people leader to join as Assistant Branch Manager on a fixed-term contract. You’ll be the right-hand to the Branch Manager, oversee daily operations, support a diverse team, and drive strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions, foster a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace, and have opportunities to grow within Bapcor across NZ, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive/trade is a plus.
• Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• Team-first approach and collaborative mindset.
