Job summary

NZ Transport Agency is seeking an Asset Information Coordinator to oversee and optimise AWM processes under a new maintenance contract. The role is based in Hawke's Bay, full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary from $81,175 to $109,825 per year, depending on skills and experience.

Key duties include system and data management, capability development, performance monitoring, governance, programme implementation, and stakeholder management while driving safety culture across the line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Asset and Work Management (AWM) systems.
• Proven experience with AWM database structures.
• Experience configuring contractor and Pocket AWM setups.
• Experience training others in system use and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based software configuration and analytics.
