We’re offering a competitive salary starting from $62,500 to $68,781, depending on experience

Join our team as an Assessor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act and Official Information Act by responding to customers who request the information we hold about them. As part of the Customer Information Requests team, you will assess customer files and make informed decisions using a risk-based approach to provide the right information. You’ll communicate effectively with customers, other Oranga Tamariki teams and external agencies. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in continuous learning and development. If you're detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of privacy legislation, we encourage you to apply.
This role is based in our Auckland office. Due to the operational requirements and dynamic nature of the role, it will be beneficial for you to have the close support of the team around you. Candidates for this role are required to already be based in Auckland or be willing to relocate to Auckland for this opportunity.
