Job summary

Mills Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading civil contractor for the upcoming sealing season in Christchurch. We’re seeking hardworking, reliable people to join roading and sealing crews and contribute to road maintenance and chip sealing outdoors.

Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, and prepared to pass a pre-employment drug test. Driver’s licence preferred; civil or construction experience is a bonus but not essential.

• Road maintenance and chip sealing
• General labouring and site support
• Operating machinery (if qualified)
• Working outdoors as part of a team

What We Need:

• Reliable and physically fit
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Driver’s licence preferred
• Civil or construction experience is a bonus but not essential
