Job summary

Douglas Pharmaceuticals Ltd seeks an organised Artwork Co-ordinator to join our close-knit Artwork team within Supply Chain. You’ll manage end-to-end artwork from request to approval for packaging across sites and suppliers, acting as the hub between Regulatory, Production, Planning, Finance, customers and suppliers to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
• Strong organisation and time management – juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication with people at all levels.
• Competence across Microsoft Office.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Growth-minded and results-driven.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end artwork generation and approval, including costs, customer sign-off and supplier coordination.
• Raise and action change controls for packaging artwork changes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Write and maintain packaging specifications.
• Communicate packaging changes clearly to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Work within SAP to create and maintain master data for printed packaging, including material masters and BOM updates.
• Support sourcing of new packaging materials and contribute to team improvement projects.
• Keep SOPs, tracking spreadsheets and artwork files accurate and current.
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Work in line with cGMP and support audits.
