New World Mt Roskill is seeking a passionate Cake Baker to join our Bakery team in a full-time role. You will ideally be a qualified baker with knowledge and experience in a bakery.

We are a hardworking, reliable team that values attention to detail, commitment to excellence and good organizational and communications skills. You will deliver high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic, whether working independently or as part of a busy team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and independently at times.
• Physically able to fulfill the requirements of the role, all of our roles are physically demanding.
• Skills to bake the required daily varieties and quantities of various cake products.
• Bakery work experience.
• The skills to produce high quality products whilst paying high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a passionate Cake Bakers to join our Bakery team in a full-time role.
• You will ideally be a qualified Baker and or have a good knowledge and have experience working in a Bakery.
• We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable with an attention to detail, commitment to excellence and good organizational and communications skills.
• You will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.
• You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team in an often-busy environment.
