Droga5 Auckland, part of Accenture Song, is seeking an Intermediate Art Director to join our Auckland Creative team. You will develop bold, culturally relevant ideas across multiple channels and collaborate with Copywriters and production teams.

With 4+ years in a creative agency, you’ll translate concepts into standout visuals, contribute to strategic thinking, and present work confidently to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a creative agency environment
• strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• portfolio demonstrates craft and creativity
• ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts and visual ideas across briefs, clients and campaigns
• Translate ideas across social, digital, experiential, content and traditional channels
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Production teams
• Present and articulate concepts internally with confidence
• Support creative development from concept through to execution
• Attend shoots and assist with creative direction as required
• Build strong relationships across the agency and contribute to team culture
• Create work that is creatively ambitious, strategically sound and culturally relevant
