Zusammenfassung

Mercury NZ is seeking an Architecture Practice Lead to lead and grow our Enterprise Solution Architects. You’ll build standards, patterns, and tools to lift quality and consistency across Mercury while engaging the business early in architecture decisions.

You’ll coach architects, drive governance, and shape architecture practice for long-term career development within Mercury. This is a leadership role with a focus on building a strong architecture community and delivering tangible outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in senior architecture roles across multiple business domains.
• Ability to coach and grow architects / engineers toward senior architecture roles.
• Certification in TOGAF 9/10 or Open CA familiarity is preferred.

• Lead, develop and recruit for the architecture team.
• Grow the architecture practice with standards, patterns, tools and processes.
• Build and champion Architecture Community of Practice with knowledge-sharing forums.
• Support architects and teams with complex problems and governance activities.
• Collaborate with technology and business to lift architecture thinking.
