Job summary

Cromwell Architectural Envelopes Limited in Queenstown is seeking a motivated Welder Engineer Fabricator to join our roofing and cladding team, delivering high-end welded components in our workshop and on-site in the Queenstown Lakes District.

We require a minimum of 3 years welding/engineering experience, a relevant qualification preferred, and the ability to read drawings, work autonomously or as part of a team while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrable welding and engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Work well in a team and autonomously.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly workspace.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel, aluminium and sheetmetal from drawings.
• Handle, cut and assemble metals including various cladding materials.
• Work in the workshop and on site to deliver projects.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
