Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. in Auckland is seeking a commercially driven Architectural Specification Consultant to join our team.

This role goes beyond a traditional specification position, focusing on building relationships, influencing specifications, and driving business with the architectural community. You’ll develop a pipeline, deliver CPDs and product recommendations, and work with key stakeholders to grow DuluxGroup’s presence across the Auckland market.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and territory management capability.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a commercially driven Architectural Specification Consultant to join our Dulux team in Auckland. This is more than a traditional specification role. We're seeking an experienced relationship builder and business developer who can influence key stakeholders, identify opportunities early in the project lifecycle, and become a trusted partner to the architectural community. This role has genuine succession potential and the opportunity to evolve into a broader leadership position over time
