Job summary

Redpath Partners in Christchurch is seeking an Architectural Graduate to take on more responsibility and advance their career. You'll work on a range of commercial projects and collaborate with a Principal.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience in a NZ firm with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Revit, and ability to produce full working drawings; opportunity to contribute to design development and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Architectural Graduate within a New Zealand firm.
• Experience in design development working closely with a Principal to develop creative and functional architectural designs.
• Ability to produce full sets of working drawings and documentation using Revit in collaboration with a wider team.
• Past experience in the commercial space.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the national offices across New Zealand
• Concept design, documentation, building consent, resource consent and site observation.
• Ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, detailed working drawings, documentation, and delivery of projects.

Role

With ongoing project demand and growth comes the opportunity for the Christchurch studio to hire an experienced Architectural Graduate looking to take on more responsibility and elevate their career. This role will be mostly working on a range of different projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the national offices across New Zealand
• Concept design, documentation, building consent, resource consent and site observation.
