Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable contractor for an initial three-month project with the potential to extend. You’ll onboard new customers and update master data in SAP, then provide AR support across finance, sales and logistics.

This role suits proactive, people-focused individuals with SAP experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to improving manual processes. Office-based in Auckland, 20 hours per week, and NZ working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Receivable, credit control or customer accounts experience.
• Confident communication skills and comfortable following customers up.
• Strong systems capability, with SAP experience highly advantageous.
• A proactive, organised approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable working in an environment where priorities and processes can evolve.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale or distribution would be a bonus.

About The Opportunity

Looking for a part-time temp role with more variety than your usual Accounts Receivable position? We’re working with a well-known international business that needs extra support for an initial three-month project, with the potential to extend.

You’ll help onboard new customers before moving into a mix of customer operations and AR support, including:

• Setting up new customers and updating master data in SAP
• Following up outstanding information and keeping onboarding on track
• Processing customer orders and responding to queries
• Supporting credit control and aged debt
• Working across finance, sales, customer service and logistics

What You’ll Bring

This role would suit someone who is proactive, confident dealing with people and happy to roll up their sleeves. If you naturally spot ways to make manual processes simpler or more efficient, even better.
