Job summary

New Zealand King Salmon invites an Aquaculture Technician to join Blue Endeavour in Blenheim. You will contribute to all aspects of fish farming, including feeding, net handling, maintenance and diving, on a 7 day on/off rotation with onsite accommodation during shifts.

We require at least 1 year of deckhand experience on vessels 12–24m, a self-directed and motivated approach, and strong communication with attention to detail. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a deckhand on vessels between 12-24m.
• Self-directed and motivated person.
• Strong communication skills & attention to detail.

This position provides a great work life balance with a 7 day on, 7 days off shift rotation, and includes onsite accommodation during shift. Applicants must be able to pass a maritime or dive medical.
