Job summary

Apprenticeship Training Trust (ATT) is offering an entry-level apprenticeship hosted by Isaac Construction in New Zealand. The program focuses on outdoor civil construction, surfacing, and drainage with two Connexis qualifications to complete (Level 2 and Level 3) and industry tickets such as WTR & Site Safe.

Ideal for individuals 18+, drivers license required, and a proactive, coachable attitude. Pre-employment checks apply and completion supports a long-term infrastructure career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's License.
• Willingness to learn and coachable attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and physically capable of lifting loads.
• Able to listen carefully, follow instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
• Proactive mindset: anticipates next steps and helps before being asked.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Safety: follow Health and Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Follow Procedures: comply with Isaac Construction health and safety processes.
• Work Safely: maintain a safe work manner and look out for crew.
• Support the Crew: assist with daily operational tasks and manual labor.
