Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking an enthusiastic Apparel Team Member for the Glenfield store. You will help customers, keep the apparel department looking fresh with attractive displays, and arrange merchandise efficiently to support great shopping experiences.

Hours include Tuesday 2:30pm–10:00pm and Friday–Saturday 9:00am–5:30pm. You should be comfortable standing, light lifting, and learning about the range while contributing to a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and service needs.
• Maintain department visuals with attractive displays.

Job Description

Hours of work are:

• Tuesday: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
• Friday & Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Our Apparel department is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and a commitment to exceptional customer service to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers with their queries, ensure the department maintains visual appeal by creating attractive displays, and arrange merchandise effectively.

Leveraging your knowledge of the department’s layout, you will ensure that any gaps are promptly filled with the appropriate products.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
