Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti is seeking an experienced Allied Professional to lead the development and coordination of the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) programme for Allied Health in Gisborne.

The role requires APC registration, at least 5 years of clinical practice, and proven skills in service or process improvements. Applicants should hold a full NZ driver’s licence and be comfortable with Te Tiriti o Waitangi implementation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Allied Health professional with APC registration.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice.
• Experience leading service, quality or process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Clean, current full NZ driver's licence.
• Solid understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and implementation within services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and co-ordinate implementation of the CCDM programme for Allied Health.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for CCDM across teams.
• Collaborate with Allied Health staff to ensure safe staffing and workload planning.

About you

• A relevant qualification in an Allied Health therapies position, and at least 5 years clinical practice
• Current APC
• Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating service, quality or process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Clean, current full NZ drivers licence
• Sound understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ability to implement within the service
• Qualification in data analysis and project management skills would be advantageous
