Job summary

Vodafone New Zealand Limited, trading as One NZ, is hiring a Customer Champion Representative for our Auckland International Airport store. You will drive sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting, across consumer and business products, including mobile, fixed, and digital services.

The role requires rostered shifts from Monday to Sunday, with evenings and weekends, in a full-time 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven sales achievement with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or technology sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities in every interaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across consumer and business product lines.
• Identify customer opportunities and present product offerings confidently.
• Provide hands-on technical support for device setup and feature explanations.
• Stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques to position One NZ solutions.
• Ensure accurate sales orders and set expectations for activation and billing.
