Fusion5 in Auckland is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to design, deliver and optimise Generative and Agentic AI solutions for client businesses. You will lead engagements, from discovery to deployment, translating complex challenges into secure, scalable AI capabilities while shaping strategies with key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to presales, and build trusted relationships to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong capability with Microsoft Copilot Studio, 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and solution-shaping skills.

We're looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to join our growing Transformation and Strategy practice. What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in designing, delivering and optimising AI-powered solutions that create tangible business value. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you’ll:

• Design and deliver Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.
• Lead AI engagements from discovery and solution architecture through to deployment and adoption.
• Translate business challenges into secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, shape solutions and contribute to presales activities, proposals and estimates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide strategic guidance on AI transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with fellow consultants, architects and technical specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You

You're a hands-on consultant with strong technical expertise and the ability to connect technology decisions to real business outcomes. You enjoy working directly with customers, can confidently lead discussions with stakeholders, and have a passion for emerging AI technologies.

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years' experience in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise technology implementation.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong capability across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and solution-shaping skills.
• A strong understanding of security, governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.
