Job summary

Hobson Intelligence Limited trading as PrevenX is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI safety systems in construction environments. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects meet scope, budget, milestones and quality targets.

The role covers planning, integration of AI-enabled applications, edge devices, cloud services and system testing, with emphasis on risk governance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will ideally have a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in ICT project management or a closely related ICT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of ICT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate internal technical personnel and external technology providers with clients and stakeholders.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans with budgets and timelines.
• Establish governance, reporting and documentation processes.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure ICT solutions meet functional, performance and operational requirements.
• Coordinate testing, validation and user acceptance before deployment.
• Manage risks, issues and changes with formal change-control processes.
