Responsibilities

• Define and own platform strategy for AI-native delivery across teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Security and Data to align roadmaps.
• Publish quarterly roadmaps and governance for initiatives.
• Move high-value workflows from pilots into repeatable adoption.
• Balance architecture, cost, quality and delivery speed to maximize impact.
