Job summary

Xero is seeking a strategic Platform Product Manager to shape the AI-native delivery platform across the organization. You will create scalable governance, drive adoption baselines, and align diverse teams from engineering to security to accelerate value.

You will translate complex AI possibilities into measurable outcomes, guide investment decisions, and coach teams in outcome-focused discovery and delivery. A flexible hybrid work setup supports work-life balance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• You bring strong platform product management experience, ideally across developer tools, infrastructure, data or AI.
• You think in systems, comfortably joining the dots across various phases and teams.
• Translating complex technical possibilities into clear outcomes and investment decisions comes naturally to you.
• Your approach to discovery, delivery and measurement is outcome-focused, and you know how to prove what's working.
• Ambiguity, evolving technology and incomplete information don't throw you off course.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the shared capabilities behind Xero's AI-native delivery model.
• Align stakeholders on strategy and priorities, and set baselines for adoption, delivery speed, cost, quality and technology health.
• Publish quarterly roadmaps, operating model and governance approach for the initiatives.
• Move the highest-value workflows from pilot into repeatable adoption.
