Belron NZ is seeking a technology-focused professional to manage and optimise our digital platforms. You will dig into real systems, talk to users, and ship changes that stick across business and tech teams in New Zealand.

You will exploit AI and automation to reduce manual work, map processes, and drive efficiency while aligning with stakeholders and vendors on strategic technology outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in IT or Computer Science or related field.
Experience with AI and automation to reduce manual work.
Ability to map and analyse complex processes.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver system improvements that boost performance, UX and business value.
Support, configure and optimise digital platforms for reliability and experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
Map, analyse and improve end-to-end processes using AI and automation.
Communicate system changes and train users on new capabilities.
Balance BAU operational support with strategic projects delivering measurable value.
