Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand seeks a Principal Architect to lead a high-priority enterprise HRIS transformation and AI deployment on a 6 to 9-month fixed-term contract. You will drive critical system integrations, data architecture, and agentic AI use cases, shaping the technology landscape for a major upcoming program.

The role requires senior expertise in Azure Foundry AI, Salesforce integrations, and end-to-end cloud architecture with Azure Data Services.

Qualifications

Cloud & AI: Senior or Principal-level expertise in the Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure Foundry AI, with a proven track record of deploying agentic AI into production.
Integration: Deep technical mastery of Salesforce, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services.
Domain: Prior experience delivering enterprise HR platforms.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex enterprise integrations and manage high-stakes technology deployments.

Responsibilities

Shape: Lead the architectural strategy and implementation for an enterprise HRIS/HRIM transformation.
Integrate: Design and manage critical integrations between the new HR platform, Salesforce CRM, and downstream enterprise systems.
Implement: Deliver practical, agentic AI use cases to the business utilizing modern Azure Foundry AI toolsets.
Architect: Oversee end-to-end cloud architecture using Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
Pioneer: Prepare the technical landscape for a major program launch anticipated in the next 6 months.
