Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand seeks a Principal Architect to lead a high-priority enterprise HRIS transformation and AI deployment on a 6 to 9-month fixed-term contract. The role requires senior expertise in Azure Foundry AI, Salesforce integrations, and end-to-end cloud architecture with Azure Data Services.

Qualifications

• Cloud & AI: Senior or Principal-level expertise in the Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure Foundry AI, with a proven track record of deploying agentic AI into production.
• Integration: Deep technical mastery of Salesforce, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services.
• Domain: Prior experience delivering enterprise HR platforms.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex enterprise integrations and manage high-stakes technology deployments.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Principal Architect to lead a high-priority enterprise HRIS transformation and AI deployment. Join a leading organization on a 6 to 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to drive critical system integrations, data architecture, and agentic AI use cases.
