Job summary

Talent Army Limited is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join ThroughLine’s Helpline Solutions squad. You’ll reshape how we build, ship, and operate backend, frontend, and AI-powered tooling across our web app, widget, and APIs to help people in crisis access verified support.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to data integrity workflows, recommender systems, and tooling that scales across 170+ countries. You’ll own end-to-end features with autonomy from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack web development with modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Experience using GPT, Gemini, Claude, or open models for prototyping and debugging.
• Strong focus on clean, maintainable, well-documented code and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Experience building or leading a project from inception to delivery.
• Commitment to mission-driven tech that reduces suffering.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve web app, widget, API, and Find A Helpline products serving millions weekly.
• Rethink data integrity workflows with LLMs and balance automation with human oversight.
• Contribute to recommender systems matching people to helplines.
• Ship features that improve discovery and access to support with measurable impact.
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with an AI-forward mindset.
