Jobgether is seeking an AI Change Lead for a fully remote, global AI transformation programme based in New Zealand. You will shape and deliver the change strategy that enables employees and leaders to embrace AI effectively, working across Technology, Learning, Communications and business functions.

You will translate AI ambitions into adoption plans, compelling communications and practical employee experiences, while building AI communities and leading high-impact engagement initiatives at

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Strong track record in AI/digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption and communications plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership influence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business teams.
• Design and coordinate communications plans, materials and FAQs.
• Coordinate AI governance forums and tracking of actions and decisions.
• Support AI learning pathways and multi-channel adoption initiatives.
• Plan and deliver AI-focused events and build AI Champions Community.
• Provide regular progress and risk reporting to governance bodies.
