Job summary

Power Farming is seeking a Dairy Farm Assistant to help with the day-to-day operation of a dairy farm near Te Awamutu. This is an entry-level position with training and supervision provided.

You will assist with feeding stock, milking, farm hygiene, pasture maintenance, and basic record-keeping while learning essential farm practices in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around livestock.
• Able to undertake the physical duties required by the role.
• Available for early morning, weekend and public holiday work as rostered.
• Follow instructions and work safely.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Consent to a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.
• Consent to ACC claims history assessment.
• Provide a current CV.
• Provide information about eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities
