Job summary

Waikato Tractors is seeking a Parts Technician to join our aftersales team in the Waikato region. You will work with the parts team to source and supply the right parts for tractors and agricultural machinery, helping technicians stay stocked and productive.

You will assist customers with expert, friendly service across trade and retail, contributing to a well-organised department and efficient workflows in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts interpreting, automotive, or ag machinery.
• Solid mechanical mindset and familiarity with machinery.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communication and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with our parts team to identify, source, and supply the right parts for tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Ensuring technicians have the parts they need to maintain smooth, productive operations.
• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to both trade and retail clients.
• Contributing to a well-run department by helping with stock organisation, workflow efficiency, and shared team tasks.
