Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery within large-scale technology transformation programmes.

• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks and delivery models.
• Experience with fixed-price and outcome-based engagements.
• Ability to balance Agile practices with governance, finance, and delivery assurance.
