• Lead and coordinate all afternoon shift activities across four departments.
• Ensure Delivery In Full, On Time, In Spec targets are achieved.
• Support, train, and develop team members to improve skills.
• Ensure strong communication during shift handovers.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality.
• Identify and coordinate required maintenance.
• Promote a safe and organised work environment.
