We are looking for a capable and driven Afternoon Shift Team Leader

To lead our production teams and ensure we continue to deliver quality products to our customers, on time, every time. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing afternoon shift operations across all four departments, ensuring performance, quality, and team capability continue to improve. This is a full‑time, afternoon shift position (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) located in our Tauranga facility.

Your Role

• Lead and coordinate all afternoon shift activities across four departments.
• Ensure DIFOTIS (Delivery In Full, On Time, In Spec) targets are consistently achieved.
• Support, train, and develop team members to build capability and improve skill levels.
• Ensure strong communication and handover with the day shift so shifts are set up for success.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to meet Trimax standards.
• Identify and coordinate required maintenance to keep equipment operating effectively.
• Promote a safe, organised, and high‑performing work environment.
