Job summary

sKids is hiring a Casual Programme Assistant to be the friendly face for Tamariki, mainly in the afternoons. Shifts run 2.30pm–6.00pm with 2.30pm start essential; holiday programme hours possible (7am–6pm). This reliever role offers flexibility and a real impact.

You’ll supervise activities, keep spaces tidy, support sessions, and help manage wellbeing and safety. A 50% discount on selected programmes and referral bonuses up to $250 are available; no weekend work and a supportive team accompany

Qualifications

• Have the right to work in New Zealand (visa or citizenship)
• Reliable, energetic, and keen to work with kids
• Available to work afternoon shifts starting 2.30pm; 2.30pm start essential
• Able to travel to Nga Iwi, Robertson Road sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Tamariki in fun, safe activities
• Keep spaces tidy and welcoming
• Help Programme Manager run sessions
• Spot and report behavioural, wellbeing or safety issues
