Cryomed Aesthetics, part of EBOS MedTech, is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to drive growth across New Zealand and Australia. You will identify new aesthetic clinics, build trust-based relationships, and lead strategic territory planning to maximize market penetration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably skincare/medical aesthetics
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft Office tools
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing a geographic territory and developing strategic account plans
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business/marketing/science/health-related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the assigned territory with accountability for state-based performance and revenue
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new accounts including aesthetic clinics, laser clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and gynaecologists
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive new accounts and grow existing customers
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships through consultative selling
• Plan and deliver structured daily sales activity with healthcare practitioners and beauty professionals
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education to support treatment adoption and account growth
• Execute initiatives within the territory aligned with national priorities and market opportunities
• Manage territory budgets, clinic support programs, and training stock with monthly reporting
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders to strengthen brand advocacy
• Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
